All made-to-order pieces are delivered and installed by the Gumi Works team where applicable. To ensure a seamless experience, we provide dedicated logistical collaboration with project management for both residential and commercial project delivery organisation to coordinate seamless delivery schedules. For complex installations or restricted-access sites, our team is available to assist with pre-delivery site assessments.
Delivery and installation costs are included within your bespoke quote and are calculated based on your location, site access, and item size. For large-format items, please ensure clear access to the room of choice. For complex sites, we can coordinate directly with your contractor or site lead.

Cancellations: As production begins shortly after order confirmation, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. Beyond this window, material procurement and hand-casting processes will have commenced.
Returns: As each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are strictly limited to instances of structural defects or transit damage.

How do I prevent stains from wine, oil, or water on a concrete table?
To protect the surface, we use a high-performance, food-safe penetrative sealer. Unlike topical plastic coatings that can peel or scratch, our finish works from within the material. For daily maintenance, simply wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth and use pH-neutral soap.
Is a concrete dining table too heavy for a standard apartment floor?

Yes. Our pigments are UV-stable and our UHPC mix is weather-resistant. The Monolith can transition seamlessly from a modern dining room to an architectural terrace.
